You can connect TestGorilla to your Teamtailor account, allowing you to invite candidates to assessments and see rich results—including anti-cheating alerts and PDF reports—directly inside Teamtailor. This update uses our new high-performance integration engine to ensure 99.9% reliability and faster data sync. The Teamtailor integration is available on the Plus plan and can be enabled by users with Admin or Owner access.

Must-have checklist
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- Admin or Owner access to your TestGorilla account.
- System Admin permissions in Teamtailor to generate API keys and activate marketplace integrations.
- An active Plus plan subscription with TestGorilla.
Integration setup walkthrough
The integration is powered by Kombo Connect, an interactive flow that guides you through the connection process.

Enable the integration In TestGorilla, click your name in the top right and select Settings, and then on Integrations. Locate Teamtailor and click Enable. |

Activate in Teamtailor In Teamtailor, find TestGorilla in the Marketplace, click Activate, and paste the token. Click Update to save the key. |

Activate reports Click the gear icon beside TeamTailor under Integrations and toggle to enable PDF result syncing. Once enabled, the pop-up will close itself. Note: If the pop-up doesn't display, click the gear icon next to Teamtailor. |
How to use the integration
Once connected, all assessments created after the integration will become available. You can link specific TestGorilla assessments to your Teamtailor jobs.
- Set the trigger: In Teamtailor, add the TestGorilla trigger to the desired stage of your recruitment funnel (e.g., "Initial Interviews") by clicking on the menu, selecting Triggers, and then Send TestGorilla Invitation under the Integrations header.
- Choosing the assessment: Select an assessment under the header Tests of TestGorilla, and choose the requirements that qualify the candidate to be moved to another stage. Save all changes by clicking the "Add Trigger" button at the bottom-right of the page.
Reviewing results in Teamtailor
You don't need to leave Teamtailor to see how your candidates performed.
- Status updates: Track Invited, Started, or Completed statuses via tags in the candidate profile.
- Scores & Flags: View average scores and anti-cheating flags directly in the Notes or Custom Fields section.
- PDF Reports: A link to the full PDF report is automatically attached to the candidate's record.
Troubleshooting
- Authentication Error: Ensure your Teamtailor API key is still active and has "Admin" scope.
- Missing Results: Check the Connection Flow Logs in TestGorilla to see if a sync failed. Verify if the candidate's email matches in both systems.
- Integration Not Visible: Ensure you are using an assessment created after the integration was enabled.
