Overview
One-way AI video interviews help you see beyond a resume by capturing candidate personality and communication skills early in the process. Candidates record their responses in their own time.
💡 Save hours of screening time: Replace manual phone screens with auto-scored video clips that you can review in minutes.
✨ Fairer evaluations: Our AI evaluates responses based on the transcript, providing a score and a clear rationale for that score. AI scoring removes the bias often associated with tone, accent, or appearance.
💼 Scalable volume: Ideal for high-volume roles where you need to see a candidate's communication skills early in the funnel.
Who can use One-way AI video interviews?

One-way video interviews are best for high-volume roles where candidates record asynchronous responses to a preset list of questions. Conversational AI video interviews are best for high-stakes or complex roles; they feature a dynamic, real-time conversation with an AI interviewer that can probe deeper into responses and ask specific follow-up questions.
