Analyze results
On the results page, candidates are ranked by percentile and raw scores across the tests in your assessment. This makes it easy to spot top performers at a glance.
Click a candidate’s name to view their overall results and a breakdown of individual test scores so you can quickly identify strengths and gaps.
On a candidate’s results page, you’ll see their answers and scores for your custom questions, conversational AI interviews, and AI resume scoring. Select each tool to view responses (including video and file uploads), rate questions, and leave comments as needed.
After reviewing results, update each candidate’s hiring stage to keep your pipeline organized. Once you’ve made a hire, change the stage to Hired.
TestGorilla Analytics
Once you’ve reviewed individual results, TestGorilla Analytics gives you a higher-level view of how your assessments are performing overall. It helps you understand where candidates drop off, how they’re scoring, and which hiring steps are working well — without the need for spreadsheets or manual reports.
With Analytics, you can quickly see:
- How candidates move through your hiring funnel (invited → opened → started → completed)
- Score trends across assessments and tests, including how hired candidates performed
- Which assessments or tests may be too easy or too difficult
- Which candidates were ultimately hired, and how they performed earlier in the process
You can view analytics for your entire account or drill down into a single assessment for a more detailed look at performance.
If you need to analyze data outside the platform, you can export results from multiple assessments at once using Bulk export.
