Create your team
The best way to start is by creating your team. On the Plus plan, you can add unlimited users and assign them the right level of access for their role.
You can invite team members as:
Admin – full access to assessments, results, and billing
Recruiter – create and manage assessments, invite candidates, and view results
Hiring manager – review candidate results and leave feedback
You can also invite teammates to test assessments internally before sending them to candidates — a great way to check flow, timing, and communication tone.

Add your brand
As a Plus customer, you can personalize your TestGorilla account with your company’s logo, colors, and name to give candidates a branded experience from start to finish.
You can:
Upload your company logo and choose your primary color
Edit your company name and country details
Preview how your colors and logo appear in assessments and email invitations
Plus users can also remove TestGorilla branding entirely, giving candidates a fully white-labeled experience that matches your organization’s tone and visuals.
