What's new?
We've redesigned the PDF reports you download from the Candidate Results page to align with the in-app experience. Every evaluation tool now displays complete scoring data and the full picture of a candidate's performance:
- Full transcripts for One-way interviews and Conversational AI Interviews
- Modern layout, consistent with the candidate results page in the app
- Complete scoring information for every test, with no missing or partial data
Why it matters
- Share polished, complete reports with hiring managers without exporting from the app
- See exactly what a candidate said in an AI interview, straight from the PDF
- One report for every assessment, with the same data you see in TestGorilla
2. Company logos in Sourcing candidate cards
What's new?
Company logos now appear on candidate cards in Sourcing results.
Why it matters
- Scan a candidate's background at a glance instead of reading every company name
- Cleaner visual cues when reviewing dozens of profiles in a row
3. Filter Conversational AI Interviews by AI fluency
What's new?
You can now filter the Conversational AI Interviews library by AI fluency from the AI interview library. AI-fluency-relevant interviews are tagged so they're easy to spot.
Why it matters
- Find interviews built for AI-era roles in seconds
- Build assessments around AI fluency without leaving the library browser
- The same filtering experience you already use for skills tests, now for AI interviews
4. Small improvements you'll notice ✨
A few experience updates:
- Assessment names in the Candidates tab are now clickable. Click one to jump straight to that candidate's results for that assessment.
- Test names that used to get truncated on the candidate results page now show in full
