1. Faster & wider candidate results table ⚡️

The candidate results table now fully utilizes your screen width, eliminating horizontal scrolling and improving navigation.

Additionally, it now loads five times faster!

What do you need to know?

  • Dramatically reduces loading times for quicker access to candidate data.
  • Full-screen width provides easier viewing of all candidate information.
  • Enhances efficiency in candidate evaluation, especially for high-volume assessments.

🔦 Customer feedback spotlight:

"The loading time seems tiny, but I feel so so annoyed. When I'm searching for candidates, sometimes if I put in the email it doesn't work, I have to put in the name and it never works, it takes forever."

—Senior talent acquisition specialist at an HR tech company in Europe

"Speed is an issue, and sometimes, the stability and speed of our assessment loading would be something that pains my heart."

—Human resources lead at a creator management firm in the USA

"Hey, team. Is there a reason the UI is slow to load? I am in Canada and have a 2ms 3GB/3GB fiber internet connection, so it's very unlikely that my internet is causing the slowness."

—Vice president of L&D at a cybersecurity product company in Canada

Many customers asked for this improvement in loading, which required considerable effort from our engineering teams.

But our engineering teams delivered and improved it 5X!

2. CSV & Excel exports with new data 📊

Exports now include two additional fields: Device and Location, matching the anti-cheating data shown in-app.

What do you need to know?

  • These new fields help with offline data analysis and consistent reporting.
  • Candidates are also now sorted by overall assessment score by default.

3. View ‘Short text’ answers in Custom Tests ✏️

You can now review candidate responses directly within Custom test results for the ‘Short Text’ question type.

What do you need to know?

  • With last month’s release, responses to all question types in Custom tests are prominently visible.
  • This makes candidate evaluation easier and faster

🔦 Customer feedback spotlight:

"We conduct custom tests with specific answers related to loan products and industry knowledge. To derive meaningful insights, it’s essential to review the answers provided by the participants. This evaluation helps us understand their knowledge and suitability for the role. We need answers to questions about our custom-created tests if they are to mean anything."

—Senior Vice President at a mortgage lending company in Georgia, USA

Customers widely requested this feature update.

After dedicated efforts from our product and engineering teams, we are pleased to announce its availability for all question types in Custom tests.

Your feedback makes TestGorilla better every month. Keep it coming! Stay tuned for more updates next month.

If you have made it to the end, congrats on being a power user!
