The Spreadsheet Simulation test is now available! 📊

Assess candidates' spreadsheet skills with a live Google Sheet!

What you need to know

  • This is the first in an upcoming simulator series that tests candidates' skills in real-world platforms and tools.
  • To use this test, create a new assessment, search for "simulator" at the "Select tests" screen, and add the "Google Sheets Spreadsheet Simulation." 
  • Try out the new simulator test here!

  • Identify candidates proficient in four areas of spreadsheet use: formulas and sorting, conditional formulas, lookup formulas, and pivot tables.

Following a successful beta launch—our all-new job board is now available to Free plan customers!

What you need to know

  • All customers can now post remote job positions on the TestGorilla job board at no extra cost. 
  • For now, submissions are only open for fully remote roles.
  • To list an open role on the job board, complete and submit this form. We'll handle the rest.
  • All applicants will be taken through your usual TestGorilla assessment flow without additional effort.
  • Candidates can apply directly to job postings from the job board.

Introducing a new assessment status - 'Inactive' ⏺️

There are now three statuses in the "My Assessments" screen - Active, Inactive, and Archived.'

What you need to know

  • Any assessments you create will stay in the 'Inactive' tab until you start sharing it with candidates. 
  • The ‘Active tab’ contains job roles you are actively assessing for, while the ‘Archived’ tab contains older assessments.

How employers benefit 🔝

  • This new status helps you organize your review process before going live with an assessment.  
  • Filter by the relevant tab and easily find the assessments you need.
  • No more searching for a draft assessment in a list of live and draft assessments!
