Canceling your 15-day trial
Your trial’s status is indicated within the Plan & Billing tab, which includes the start date of the subscription (and when the first payment will occur), and all other relevant subscription details. You can choose to cancel or change your scheduled subscription at any time during your trial period by clicking on Unsubscribe.
Your trial will continue to be active for the duration of the billing cycle and you will still have access to all data and features during that time. Afterward, your plan will downgrade to a free plan.
Note: Should you choose to cancel the scheduled subscription, you will no longer be able to use active assessments using a premium feature. Such assessments will be marked with a red diamond. Assessments that have had no external candidates invited become premium assessments - but you can choose to remove premium features from these assessments and use them as part of your free plan. |
